While figuring out how will I pay for my realestate course. I have also took the liberty to self study. For someone with no money and not a lot of time and resources. The public Library can be a excellent source.

To self study also gives the advantage of knowledge before actually taking a course. for things lije Real Estate it is like learning a new language. Especially when you are an Adult learner. It is so much different from learning as a kid or a teen. My day is busy and I am always sure to have kids getting on my nerves..lol.

The will to succeed is heavingly on my mind. I don't ever want to see another day living in poverty. For me to become a Real estate agent then 2 years later a Broker. It will be a career good enough to raise my children comfortably.

There's a dilemma I am going through as far as eduucation wise. I want to go through an online realestate course but I have nothing to pay for it. Althou it is only $300 on average. I have been told I can't get a grant for this.

I am an adult looking to take some classes to become certified in Solar equipment installation.  Is there anywhere I can look for Federal or State aid?

micheal22  I would sure like to help, but I am as strapped for money as you.  I wish I could send money to everyone who needs it but I cannot.  Instead of asking for money, I try to find ways to make it myself.  If all you need is $320, you should be able to get a grant through the small business administration.  These are grants not loans, but if you have tried there, then maybe you should look for some type of work anywhere.  Doing small jobs for homeowners: garage cleaning, small chores etc.

Also, if this is money you need is to send to a web site to start your own business, be careful.  These sites are scams to get your money, and you won't get much out of them.  I sugesst you do a much resurch about that as you can.  Hopefully you can help yourself.  Good Luck

markmcgrath  I wish I knew.  I too am disabled (short term, I hope) and receive some financial assistance through Transitional Assistance in Massaxhusetts.  Have you tried to get help from them?    It is federal gov program not just state. It is not much, but every little bit helps.  I am also attending Gov. unemployment agency stuff, even though the only work I can do is typing at home.  Who knows maybe they can help some more.

My point is, apply for everything and anything.  After all, all they can say is no and you won't be any worse off.  Maybe you will qualify to get more financial help.  Good luck.

Hi, im 28 and in debt, i dont receive loans. I am considered disabled by the state but not the government, i receive medicaid for the disabled. Are there any grants or scholarships for people like me? I am in ohio. Any response is appreciated

Just as an update to my situation, I can tell you that I have not been able to find anyone to help me out with the money I need to start my own business (please don't send any links for some "business opportunity" because I already know what I want to do).

So therefore, I have not been able to earn any money because I am physically unable to get a job and now I am being evicted from my place.

I have until the 17th of this month (June) to get out of my apartment.

So I am looking for maybe a room in the city of Baltimore that I will be able to stay in long enough to get a better, more secure place where I'll be able to keep my computer.

I would really appreciate it if you were able to send the money I need to start my online business (just $320) and maybe a little more to live on till my new business starts making a profit.

I'm just a regular man who was born in March of 1977 and I need a little help.

I have a lot of ambition and I work very hard when I have the opportunity to do so.  It's just that I have been stuck in this little, hill-billy town for the past 3 years and I cannot find any kind of gainful employment at all.

It's not that I haven't looked either because I have been to every single store or business in this small town with no success.

So therefore, I plan to start my own business Web site where I can work from my apartment on my home computer but the thing is that I need someone who can help fund the purchase of the site builder so I can build my own site.

The overall purpose of my Web business will be to earn money - of course but the underlying reason will be so I can teach others how to become successful affilliate marketers.

   I am a single mother of 3 looking to further my education.  I currently have a Residential/Commercial Cleaning Business, that has been established for 4 years, and am in urgent need of more education to take my business to the next level.  Being out of school for the past 13 years is making it very difficult to get financial aid.  I have no clue where or how to get scholorships or grants without spending hours on the computer dealing with all the advertisments for everything else but the financial aid needed.  Where and how do you get the actual aid needed?

I would like to find grant money so that I may finish getting my degree for a BA in Accounting and to also obtain a BA in Business Management.  To have both of these degrees would benefit me and my family and my business.  The monies that I receive would allow me to pay for all of my education needs.  Such as books, supplies, fees, tution, living expenses and transportation.

I am seeking assistance for continuing my education.  I have been out of high school for 10 years and now it is time for me to go back.  I am interested in Radiologic Technology.  I plan to receive my associates degree, work a few years for the experience, then I would go back to school to receive additional education to learn the skills for  computer tomography or magnetic resonance imaging.  I would need assistance with childcare for the two years it would take to receive an Associates degree.

I am a 40 year old white male with 20 years experience as a truck driver. The transportation industry is the area that I have have always worked in and want to stay in. Since trucking has become less and less of a challenge I would now like to learn to become a commercial pilot. The reason I am researching grants is because through my internet research I have found that good flight schools that I can attend full-time have a cost that range from thirty-five to sixty thousand dollars. I am always seeing websites that claim the government has all this grant money that they're "just waiting" to give away. So I'm hoping I can get my share to pay for my schooling. I then intend to sell my house to pay my living expenses for the next couple of years or however long it takes to get a job as a commercial pilot.
